A Different Morning...
This morning is like no other ordinary morning. Yes, I did wake up in a small cube that I have been calling home for the pass 6 months.. wow.. 6 months! That is long.. yes, I still shiver in the morning from the winter’s cold morning. BUT there is just something really different about it. Until now, 530pm, I feel different! As I lay in my toasty bed under my comforter that has been ever so useful in winters, I sniff the air through my horrendous flu and it smells different too! I really just can’t put my finger on to it. When 8am hit, my ipod started playin rock music, it works really well to get me up. The whole different ambience along with the hypnotic thudding from the bass, sent me back to the past when I was in my primary school life. Immediately remembering the times when the gang and I played basketball, waiting for our drivers outside school, all the ‘I hate girls’ talk, all the chasing around in the field.. a sigh of relief, ‘freedom’ , ‘joyous’ , ‘carefree’ and ‘tranquility’ the feelings I have when I was thinkin about it. This is exactly what I need right now. Arh… finally in years! I have not woke up on the right side of bed, I finally have. And it feels great!
Went to uni and I’m this different upbeat guy with a flu. Haha. Feeling so cheerful, I just want everyone around to be HAPPY!! J I bought my friend a lunch cause she had to sit out in the cold doing some duty. Couldn’t let her starve now can i. haha. I love this feeling! But what is it?!??! Its amazing!??! I’m like a totally different person.. amidst the flu, I suddenly smelled freshly cut grass, ohhh.. I suddenly feel as if I’m out in the wide open fields in the mountains.
This is not any random bullshit I’m typing.. this IS what I’m feeling.. and yet, I still can’t put my finger on what this feeling really is.. is it the feeling of being sick? Cause it’s been a long time since I had flu. Haha.. I dunno, dun really care.. I hope it stays..
